Je vous remercie de nous avoir laissé un avis.
Nous conseillons de prolonger la cure sur 3 mois minimum afin de pouvoir constater des premiers résultats. Cela dépend également du métabolisme de chacun.
Il s'agit d'une cure qui cible le microbiote intestinal, il va donc agir sur la digestion et l'équilibre de la flore intestinale.
Les résultats sont donc visibles sur le long terme :)
