Idéalement le Spray s'utilise tous les matins avant de se coiffer.
Pour le sérum, une utilisation avant chaque shampoing suffit (soit quelques minutes avant, soit la veille pour laisser poser plus longtemps).

Nous vous recommandons de masser 2-3 gouttes de ce sérum sur le cuir chevelu après chaque shampoing.

Je vous recommande d'utiliser ce sérum sur cheveux humides.
Ce soin ne graisse pas les cheveux car il rééquilibre la production de sébum.

je ne peux plus m'en passer depuis le 1er flacon que j'ai essaye! Incroyable le changement dans mes cheveux... Les shampooings se sont espaces, les cheveux plus doux, plus forts, je les perds moins... Bref, je rachète les yeux fermes, il vaut largement son prix!!
