How to make the Perfect line with the black eye pencil Lily Lolo ?
Step 1: Pull the eyelid out of the face to facilitate the application of the pencil.
Step 2: Trace, in flush with upper eyelashes, a fine line of pencil.
Step 3: Blot the material with a straight brush.
Step 4: For a more intense rendering, do not hesitate to thicken the pencil line.
How to make a smoky eye with the black eye pencil Lily Lolo ?
Step 1: Use the Prime Focus LILY LOLO Eyeshadow Base over the entire eyelid. It is ideal for setting and intensifying eye shadow colors.
Step 2: Apply the LILY LOLO black eye pencil on half of the eyelid. Then use a blending brush to bring the material back up and blur it over the entire eyelid.
Step 3: Apply Lily Lolo SMOKE & MIRRORS make-up makeup on the eyelid using a flat brush and then apply the Looking Glass to the inner corner of the eye.
Step 4: Draw a line of black eye pencil LILY LOLO under the lining of the eye, which you will come to fade.
Step 5: Finally, apply Lash Alert organic mascara to intensify the smoky eyes.
How to Use :
Stretch the eyelid, then apply the pencil from the inside to the outside of the eye.
