How does Atelier Nubio's organic food supplement “We want… A growth booster” promotes hair and nail growth :
Arugula is recognized for its stimulating properties. It fights against hair loss and boosts growth by stimulating the hair bulb. It strengthens and beautifies the hair.
Bamboo, rich in vegetable silica, helps to remineralize and strengthen hair while limiting hair loss.
Horsetail, also rich in silica, promotes hair growth and fortification. It is effective on flat hair or hair with a tendency to fall out. Toning and rebalancing, it regulates excess sebum in the scalp.
Spirulina is known to stimulate cell renewal. Rich in vegetable proteins, amino acids, minerals and vitamins A and B12, this algae participates in the synthesis of keratin and strengthens the hair. It promotes shine and slows down hair loss.
Brewer's yeast is the active ingredient par excellence for hair growth. Full of group B vitamins which are essential constituents of keratin, it decreases hair loss, increases hair volume, accelerates growth and overall strengthens the hair fiber.

Ce complément est compatible avec la grossesse et l'allaitement. Il contient de la levure de bière qui est galactogène.
Il n'est cependant pas testé spécifiquement sur les femmes enceintes.

Je ne peux pas en dire grand chose je suis qu’à 10 jours de cure mais mes cheveux tombent encore.

J'ai terminé ma cure de 3 mois. Associée au "on veut une chevelure de sirène", j'ai pris facilement 8 cm de cheveux. Je suis bluffée !

Les résultats sont bien là, mes cheveux poussent plus vite et ils sont en meilleure santé.
