Using a retinol cream : the dos & don'ts :
Be careful, when you incorporate retinol into your beauty routine, it is essential to build your skin's tolerance to this asset gradually.
New to retinol ? Start by using it only once or twice a week, observe how your skin is reacting closely and gradually increase the frequency of application if your skin tolerates it.
The results of retinol are visible within a few weeks.
It is not necessary to apply a retinol cream every day to see the effects, 2 to 3 times a week is sufficient.
Sensitive skin ? Just apply your retinol cream once or twice a week.
Precautions for use :
Do not use retinol cream on the eye area and eyelids.
Retinol is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
A slight tingling sensation may appear the first few times you use a retinol cream, which is normal. In case of irritation or reaction, discontinue use of the product or reduce the frequency of application.
How to apply Okoko's retinol cream :
Apply Diamant Bleu Prestige Edition in the evening, after cleansing and toning lotion/mist.
Warm the equivalent of half a pea of retinol cream in the palm of your hand and massage into still-damp skin. A small amount is enough, this cream is very concentrated in active ingredients.
For best results, follow with a few drops of 16 Precious Prestige Edition Retinol Oil.

Nous déconseillons d'utiliser de façon simultanée AHA et rétinol afin de ne pas risquer de trop sensibiliser votre peau.
Je vous invite donc à bien suivre les conseils d'utilisation. Ces 2 produits ont une utilisation réservée au soir, ils doivent être introduits de façon progressive dans votre routine et il ne sera pas forcément nécessaire de les utiliser quotidiennement pour voir des résultats.
La Crème Anti-Âge Diamant Bleu Édition Prestige est différente d'une crème au rétinol classique, elle a une formule ultra hydratante et apaisante, et le Sérum L'Élixir De Clarté 2.0 reste assez peu dosé en AHA (5%).
Il se peut donc que votre peau tolère le combo de ces produits en fonction de sa sensibilité. Le mieux serait en effet de les alterner en commençant par utiliser chaque produit 1 ou 2 fois par semaine, puis augmenter la fréquence d'utilisation jusqu'à appliquer un soir sur 2 la Crème Anti-Âge Diamant Bleu Édition Prestige et un soir sur 2 Sérum L'Élixir De Clarté 2.0 si votre peau le tolère.
Je vous précise enfin que le Sérum L'Élixir De Clarté 2.0 est un sérum : il doit donc impérativement être associé à une crème hydratante ou une huile de soin.

Ce soin contient 0.1% de rétinol, actif très efficace sur les signes de l'âge et le grain de peau mais potentiellement irritant.
Cette crème peut vous convenir, nous vous recommandons cependant de prendre les précautions nécessaires et de l'intégrer progressivement à votre routine:
Pour le premier mois, nous vous recommandons une utilisation par semaine, puis le second mois deux utilisations espacées par semaine.
A partir du 3e mois, nous vous recommandons de l'utiliser trois fois par semaine maximum.
L'idéal est de faire la technique du sandwich, c'est à dire "d'entourer" la crème au rétinol de soins hydratants et apaisants.
Nous vous recommandons d'appliquer par exemple le sérum Red Avert d'Adaptology au préalable, puis d'appliquer par dessus la crème une huile apaisante comme l'Huile Visage The Light Fantastic Pai enrichie en céramides.

Je l'utilise principalement le soir sur les zones plus ridées = menton ride du lion net pommettes et tempes- comme un sérum ciblé- le reste du visage je prend un autre sérum et je masse beaucoup J'adapte le produit à mes besoins- J'utilise le ,Dermaroller de @Mukti qui est parfait en prépa, après un layering et avant les soins du coucher.
