The intestinal microbiota is all the bacteria present in our intestine : among them we find good bacteria, essential to our health and the proper functioning of our metabolism, and bad bacteria or pathogenic microorganisms.
Excessive presence of bad bacteria causes an imbalance of the intestinal microbiota, resulting in digestive discomfort (stomach pain, bloating, indigestion or even constipation).
The Microbiota & Navel organic food supplement is rich in probiotics which rebalance the microbiota by increasing the number of good bacteria in the intestine. The quality of the microbiota is essential for our digestive and immune health.

Probiotics are called “good bacteria” which contribute to the health of the intestinal flora as well as the skin. Indeed, they protect the digestive system from external aggressions, restore its balance and stimulate its activity.
Prebiotics, on the other hand, nourish these good bacteria in order to promote their development, to rebalance the microbiome. These super-ingredients are essential for the proper functioning of the body.
Probiotics and prebiotics. 4 strains for a total of 7 billion CFU* Chicory inulin: Fructo-Oligosaccharide (prebiotic) Sunflower oil * CFU = colony forming unit The strains present are micro-encapsulated for better stability. Ingredients for 1 capsule: mixture of microencapsulated lactic ferments (Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BS01, Lactobacillus plantarum LP01, Bifidobacterium breve BR03, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02, coating: polyglycerol esters of fatty acids) 140 mg i.e. 7 billion CFU*, inulin of chicory (150 mg), envelope of vegetable origin (HPMC), sunflower oil.
